AIU Lifelong Learning Grant

The purpose of the Lifelong Learning Grant is to recognize AIU System (AIUS) undergraduate alumni who intend to pursue a graduate degree at AIU. Alumni of these programs, enrolling into a graduate program, will be eligible for a grant up to $1,000.

Eligible students receive an institutional grant toward the tuition and fees. The grant, when combined with other funding sources and student payments, may be awarded up to direct institutional charges, including but not limited to, tuition, fees, and course materials. The grant will only apply to eligible current or future charges at the University's discretion. The grant is applied as a credit to the student’s account. The grant is not transferable and may not be redeemed for cash or credit.

In addition to the AIU General Grant and Scholarship Conditions, students must also meet the following criteria:

  • Students must have earned a bachelor's degree at one of the following AIUS member institutions:  American InterContinental University, California Southern University, or Trident University International.
  • The grant is awarded proportionately over each applicable academic year and the grant percentage will be applied to the academic year tuition costs.
  • Prospective students must apply and be accepted for admission into a graduate degree program to be eligible to receive the grant.

With the exception of the Advantage Grant, this cannot be combined with any other institutional grant. The grant with the greatest benefit to the student will be applied.
