Capstone Courses
A capstone course at AIU is offered in the final quarter of a student’s program of study and serves as a culminating academic experience. It provides students the opportunity to demonstrate mastery and critical knowledge from their specific degree program. The course incorporates a comprehensive assessment of the program learning outcomes. For undergraduate degree programs, the general education outcomes are evaluated as well.
