This course analyzes various approaches to health care business development and marketing research. The course will examine how leaders foster a strategic mindset and use modern technology, new trends in data collection, and strategic best practices to develop and execute successful marketing strategies in the health care field. Upon successful completion of the course, students should have the tools to create step-by-step approaches in developing a health care business plan by bridging the gap between marketing theory and new modern tactics.
