Program Description
The Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice provides students with a broad based education in criminal justice studies. The curriculum is designed to give students a professional education in the criminal justice field, with particular emphases in policing, courts, criminology, corrections, juvenile justice, homeland security and the field of forensic science. The focus is to provide students with an education that will help them master the skills and expertise needed to work in the field of criminal justice.

- Apply career management skills necessary to promote, further, or enhance criminal justice career opportunities
- (Corrections and Case Management Specialization): Employ knowledge and skills needed by entry-level professionals in corrections and related professions within the criminal justice system
- (Forensic Science Specialization): Employ knowledge and skills needed by entry-level professionals in crime scene, forensic science, investigation and related professions within the criminal justice system
- (Homeland Security and Crisis Management Specialization): Employ knowledge and skills needed by entry-level professionals in homeland security, crisis management and related professions within and external to the criminal justice system
- (Law Enforcement Specialization): Employ knowledge and skills needed by entry-level professionals in law enforcement and related professions within the criminal justice system
