Online Student Assistance Center

The Student Assistance Center is the Online campus real-time portal where students can submit their departmental inquiries or suggestions via the Virtual Campus. Student Assistance is another way for you to gain additional assistance with any departmental question or concern that you may have at AIU Online.

The Student Assistance Center is located on the Virtual Campus under the Academics tab. Students may select the appropriate department to address their inquiry.
