This reinforcement course explores essential operations management in modern organizations, designing, managing, and improving production processes. Subjects include critical path methods (CPM), PERT charts, resource allocations, Gantt charts, budgeted cost of work scheduled, budgeted cost of work performed, the actual cost of work performed, and projects associated with services manufacture of products, including fast delivery to the ultimate consumer.
