Freedom of Expression
The University believes in freedom of expression as defined by the Constitution of the United States. The existing laws, state and federal, insofar as applicable to institutions, shall be observed. Freedom of expression carries with it the responsibility for seeing that the essential order of the University is preserved. The basic freedom of students to hear, write, distribute and act upon a variety of thoughts and beliefs is respected. The Campus Director has the final responsibility relating to all materials published or distributed on campus; however, he or she may exercise this authority and responsibility through a staff or faculty member.
