Career Services Offered
The Career Services Department at AIU assists students with their career planning process. Staff consists of skilled professionals who are dedicated to upholding high standards in student career development.
CAREER SERVICES OFFERED
AIU students can contact Career Services for career planning assistance or career advancement before and after graduation. Services offered include:
• Career coaching and guidance with career searching and development
• Help with the creation of an individual career action plan
• Assistance with job search materials such as applications, cover letters, resumes, and thank you letters
• Interview preparation and networking coaching sessions
• Virtual and on-campus events including career fairs, featured employer events, panels, job search and professional development workshops
• Part-time and full-time job opportunities placed on the AIU Employer Network site and can be accessed via the internet or through the mobile application. Additionally, job boards and fliers are available for review in the career services office.
• Career resources located on the Virtual Campus/Student Portal and in the Career Services offices and campus libraries
• Computers with word processing capabilities and internet access in the Career Services departments
