This catalog was current as of the time of publication. From time to time, it may be necessary or desirable for American InterContinental University to make changes to this catalog due to the requirements and standards of the school’s accrediting body, state licensing agencies or U.S. Department of Education, or due to market conditions, employer needs or other reasons. American InterContinental University reserves the right to make changes at any time to any provision of this catalog, including the amount of tuition and fees, academic programs and courses, school policies and procedures, faculty and administrative staff, the school calendar and additional dates, and other provisions. Students will be notified of changes to the catalog by updated catalog addenda, which are posted within the Addendum section of this catalog. American InterContinental University also reserves the right to make changes in equipment and instructional materials, to modify curriculum and to combine or cancel classes.
