MGMT 215 Decision Making and Communication

Communication skills are ranked among the highest for all disciplines. This course explores communication within the business perspective. Investigate how to present your ideas to others, know how to address different audiences, analyze formal and informal communication across organizations, and determine what medium is best for varying levels of stakeholders. A greater emphasis is devoted to strategies for writing memorandums, memos, business letters, and reports.
