Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP) Standards

All students must maintain satisfactory academic progress in order to remain enrolled at the school. Additionally, satisfactory academic progress must be maintained in order to maintain eligibility to receive federal financial assistance. Satisfactory academic progress is determined by measuring the student’s cumulative grade point average (CGPA) and the student’s rate of progress toward completion of the academic program at the end of each grading period after final grades have been posted. Both the CGPA and ROP standards must be met in order to be considered as making satisfactory academic progress.
